Why Hope Through Home?
Hope Through Home is a premier provider of high-quality shared homes serving at-risk adults. Our expertise is securing homes in safe neighborhoods to foster growth and success for those with housing insecurities. Currently, our programs are exclusively in Missouri, but we have recently begun expanding nationwide so we can help more people. Our locations are easily accessible to medical, psychosocial, and educational help. For example, we have intentionally placed our homes near public transportation to help broaden the scope of access. Additionally, we have made partnerships with other supportive agencies that complement our in-house Life Enrichment programs. We think it’s vital to give our residents access to multiple resources and establish an evolving action plan to ensure sustainability while living with us. We welcome anyone to apply who would love an opportunity to restore their hope while living in one of our homes.
